Get Alpha Athletics is a fitness gym in Aurora, Ontario, located at 155 Edward Street, Unit 2. Founded by Norman and Stacey, the gym offers group fitness, personal training, kickboxing, transformation programs, and nutrition coaching. Hours are 5 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. Founded by Norman and Stacey, Get Alpha Athletics arose from a simple yet powerful desire: to create a space that transcends the typical gym experience. Norman's journey into fitness began with his own transformation, leading him to want to share that journey with others. Together, they built a gym that puts people first.

Co-Owner · Head Trainer · Podcast Host · ISSA Certified

Norman is a co-owner of Get Alpha Athletics, head trainer and podcast host. He holds certifications from ISSA and has been a personal trainer for over 15 years with a strong belief in continuing his knowledge and education. Norman prides himself on building lift style changes for clients, his programming, care for his clients and always pushing people to their best potential. Norman specializes in weight training, transformations as well as elite sports team training.

Co-Owner · Group Fitness Trainer · Nutrition Coach

Stacey is a co-owner of Get Alpha Athletics, group fitness trainer and nutrition coach. She specializes in helping members find balance and setting routines to help them not only reach their goals but create new lifestyles through strength training and proper nutrition. As an elementary school teacher for the past 12 years, being a place for community, growth and kindness is extremely important.

Dr. Edgar Carmona

Chiropractor · Personal Trainer · Group Trainer

Dr. Edgar Carmona is a Chiropractor, personal trainer and group trainer. He specializes in helping people move better, recover from injury and build long-term physical resilience. With a background in strength training, athletics and coaching, he combines hands-on treatment with exercise-based care to help patients return to their activities with confidence.

His clinical interests center on biomechanics and the relationship between strength, movement quality, and long-term injury prevention. He continues to pursue ongoing education in manual therapy and rehabilitation methods to further refine his treatment approach.

Outside the clinic, he continues to stay involved in fitness, biomechanics, and performance training, bringing that same passion for movement into his patient care.

Tony

Personal Trainer · Group Trainer · Martial Arts Trainer · 6th Dan Shihan

Tony is a personal trainer, group trainer and martial arts trainer. He holds a 6th Dan and the Title of Shihan in Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. He began his training in the early 1990's, and also has experience in Muay Thai, MMA and BJJ. Tony has competed in Sport Jiu-Jitsu and amateur MMA. Among his other passions, Tony created the MMA Fit program at Get Alpha Athletics as well as trains and coaches amateur and professional MMA fighters.

Group Trainer

Scott is a group trainer at Get Alpha Athletics. He is a competitor by nature and a connector by instinct — a competitive rower, skier, golfer, and lifter who brings the same relentless drive to the gym floor that he carries into every room he walks into. Naturally extroverted and genuinely energized by people, Scott believes that fitness is a team sport: the more we show up for each other, the stronger we all become!

Scott is driven by one idea — that a stronger community starts with stronger individuals. Whether he's guiding members in lifting, sharing a training approach, or just showing up consistently, Scott leads by example and brings others along for the ride.
